Question 1 Statewide Steering Committee in Favor of Creating a Court of Appeals in Nevada Launches Campaign. Steering Committee Co-Chaired by Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval and Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. A diverse group of Nevadans announced they have formed a campaign committee to urge voters to approve Question 1 on the November ballot allowing for the creation of a Court of Appeals in Nevada.
